With its Drop-Stitch structure, the Järvi is both rigid and lightweight, making it easy to set up and transport, ideal for home or outdoor use.
The high-pressure inflation system allows it to be extremely stable once inflated, ensuring an optimal ice bath experience.
A remarkable feature of the Järvi is its compatibility with ice cubes to cool the water, as well as a chiller (cooler) via an included connection kit. The chiller allows you to cool the water down to 3°C electrically, avoiding the need to buy bags of ice for each use and providing precise temperature control.

How To Use
The Järvi is an innovative basin designed especially for athletes and fitness enthusiasts who want to enjoy the therapeutic benefits of ice baths.
- Slowly Submerge: Begin by slowly submerging your feet and legs into the water. We recommend starting off with shorter session times between 5-10 minutes.Â
- Deep Breathing: Practice deep, slow breaths to help your body adjust to the cold and stay calm
- Immersion Level: Adjust the depth of immersion based on your comfort level. You can start with just your legs.
Begin with short durations, such as 2-5 minutes, and gradually increase the time as you get more comfortable. Aim to increase the duration of your ice baths by a few minutes each week, according to Health.
You can take ice baths as often as you like, but it’s generally recommended to take a few breaks between sessions to allow your body to recover. or waist-deep, and gradually increase the depth as you get more comfortable.Â


Maintenance
Water Care :
Water care is paramount to protecting not only your health, but the liner of your Ice Bath. The water should be changed completely every 15-30 days (depending on use).Â
Ph must be maintained between 7 – 7.4 ppm. Â You may use Chlorine / Bromine / Active Oxygen to sanitise the spa. If adding granules, be sure to dilute them before adding to the Ice Bath.Â
Filter Care:
Dirty / Old / Clogged filters will reduce water quality and can damage the circulation pump due to low flow. As a minimum, Rinse Weekly.
Replace the Filter every 1-2 months. Or more if required.Â
Emptying / Cleaning  / Storing the Ice Bath:
The water should be changed completely every 15-30 days (depending on use). Refer to your user manual for full drainage instructions. Use a mild liquid soap and water to clean the Ice Bath. Rinse and Dry prior to storage.Â
