YES WE DO, NO CURB-SIDE DELIVERY HERE.
Our fully qualified, and experienced, Installation Team will Install your Hot Tub with the upmost professionalism and care. We will treat your property as if it were our own.Â
We DO NOT offer ‘Door-Step / Curb-Side Delivery’. We will arrive with your New Hot Tub and either manoeuvre it into place with specialist equipment, or we can crane it into position – when required (To be assessed and discussed during the site survey, prior to purchase).
We appreciate that once the Hot Tub arrives at your home you may change your mind about how and where to site it – we can help you with this to achieve your ultimate vision. We are not on the clock and will not leave site until you are 100% happy with how the Hot Tub has been setup.Â
The Installation can take up to a full day to complete, as we move the Hot Tub into position, Fill it using an available outdoor water supply and hosepipe, We treat the water, Test the controls and ensure the Hot Tub is set to heat. Ready for you to use later on or the following day.
Your electric supply will need to be in place prior to our arrival and the site will need to be clear of any debris, toys, pots etc, anything that may obstruct the team.Â
